Buyers can access the Application for Residency and other forms that are required when buying a home
Upon receipt of the completed Application for Residency, Acknowledgement letter, Landlord Protect Form, and $100 fee, we will have a credit check done and will notify the Buyer of the result. If your Buyer’s credit is acceptable and all other requirements are met, we will schedule an interview for Management to meet your Buyer. Please be advised that final approval will be granted when a lease is signed.
The monthly rent for the Buyer will be $( TBD). Please inform your Buyer of this amount. In addition, your Buyer should be informed of the fact that Hillside Estates of Franklin is governed by rent control and there are annual increases in rent at the beginning of each calendar year. They will be advised of any rent increase at least (30) days prior to implementation.
The undersigned represents and certifies that all statements made in this application for tenancy/residency are true and correct and that I (we) are applying as home owners/residents and will not sublet our mobile home. The management has permission to verify any and all information offered on this application
Applicants and residents authorize Hillside Estates to investigate whether I (we) have a criminal record of convictions, and, if so, the nature of such convictions and all the surrounding circumstances of the conviction.
